Authors who publish in the International Journal of Organ Transplantation Medicine (IJOTM) retain copyright in their work.
By submitting a manuscript to the journal and, if accepted, agreeing to its publication, the authors grant IJOTM the non-exclusive right to edit, publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the article publicly available as part of the journal record in all media and formats now known or developed in the future.
All articles published in IJOTM are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Under this license, anyone may read, download, copy, share, distribute, print, adapt, and reuse the published material in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author or authors and to the journal, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that the material submitted to the journal is original and does not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party. If previously published text, tables, figures, images, or other copyrighted material are included in the manuscript, it is the responsibility of the authors to obtain the necessary written permissions before submission and to provide appropriate acknowledgment in the published article.
Authors also warrant that the manuscript has not been published previously in its final form and is not under consideration elsewhere at the time of submission, except where clearly disclosed to and permitted by the journal.
