The International Journal of Organ Transplantation Medicine (IJOTM) does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, editorial assessment, peer review, article processing, copyediting, production, or publication. Authors are not required to pay any article submission charges, peer review charges, or article processing charges (APCs) at any stage of the editorial or publication process.
IJOTM is committed to supporting the wide dissemination of high-quality research in transplantation medicine without financial barriers to authors. The journal therefore operates under a diamond open access model, under which all accepted articles are published openly and made freely available to readers immediately upon publication, while authors are not charged for publication.
There are no fees for the initial submission of manuscripts, for the peer review process, for editorial handling, or for the publication of accepted articles. Submission, review, editing, production, and online publication are provided without cost to authors.
Any change to this policy will be clearly announced on the journal’s website in advance. Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the journal, authors should assume that no submission or publication fees apply.
